People Preserving History invites all who are interested in historic preservation in Whitley County to become members of our organization. There are interesting opportunities for both active participation and for those who are primarily interested in learning about historic landmarks and how they can be preserved in our community. Your $25 annual dues include affiliation with Historic Landmarks of Indiana. You will receive its bi-monthly magazine, Preservationist, which presents news of preservation efforts and successes all over the state; and you will be invited to special tours and meetings sponsored by HLF. Locally you are welcome to attend monthly board meetings and special events emphasizing county landmarks and preservation.
